Every effort has been made to give an accurate description of the items for sale. Due to the nature of our products that the majority are individually handmade along with digital photography and the difference in monitors there may be a slight difference in colours.
Returns policy, none faulty goods
If you change your mind about your purchase, you have 7 working days in which to let me know that you wish to return the goods. Please return the goods to me with the invoice and in the original packaging . This must be done within 14 days and I will refund monies by whatever method payment was made. You will be responsible for the return postage.

Policy, faulty goods.
In the unlikely event that the goods are faulty please advise me as soon as possible and we will make arrangements to have the goods returned. Depending on the fault I will either repair, refund or offer a credit note, it is up to you which option you choose. In this case if the goods are proven to be faulty I will also refund the postage.
Postage and packing
Items are wrapped in a organza bag or a gift box or Cellophane pocket depending on the product and are posted in a protective bag. Postage is via royal mail. Items posted in the UK will be sent first class or second class depending on what you select at checkout. Items posted to other European countries and the rest of the world will be sent by airmail.
Western Europe, please allow up to 3 working days
Eastern Europe, please allow up to 5 working days
Rest of the world, please allow up to 7 working days
Prices are charged at a flat rate and are as follows
UK - FREE
Rest of the world - 5.50 GBP
Secure payment is via Paypal though you do not need a Paypal account. You can pay by debit or credit card. If you would prefer to pay by cheque, contact me with details of the items you wish to order and I will send further details.
International Shipping (outside Europe)
Outside of Europe, please be aware that you are responsible for shipping costs. We cannot be responsible for any tariffs, customs restrictions, or other regulations that apply in countries outside of the European Union.
Millie & Boo do not store or share your personal information. The only information we collect is your name, address and email for the purpose of postage or if we need to contact you regarding your order.
We do not collect any credit/debit card information. This is collected securely by our payment providers.
